Dr Shruti Sharma is currently working in the Department of Critical Care Medicine as Associated Professor. She joined this institute in January 2006 as Senior Resident and her total experience in the field of Critical Care Medicine spans over nearly two decades. In her experience of more than 19 years she has honed her knowledge and skills. She is well versed with the recent advancements in the field of Critical Care Medicine with special interest in caring of critically sick patients in surgical and medical intensive care units. Her field of interest in critical care are mechanical ventilation, infection prevention, advanced hemodynamic monitoring and bedside point of care ultrasound. She has Keen interest in academics and research and she is an active member of Hospital Code Blue Committee and Hospital Infection Control Committee as well. She has nearly 35 publications in national and International journals with an H index of 12. She has been invited to many National and International conferences as resource faculty and has remarkably represented DMC&H at the global platform.
